Give buyers time and space to look around.
Once you have prepared your home for showings it is a good idea to let potential buyers walk freely around your home. Let them see everything they want to see without you looking over their shoulders.
Give them their space, especially if they are working with an agent. Also make sure to secure or hide your jewelry, money, medications and other valuables. And be aware that some buyers may want to take photos.
